JR High Student Council members presented donated items and checks to the Judsonia First Baptist Church Food Pantry and to the Kensett Animal Shelter.

Jr High Talent Show fundraiser was a huge success! For the Judsonia First Baptist Church Pantry we raised $111, and 319 cans/boxes of food. And the Kensett Animal Shelter received $111, as well as dog food and dog treats. Very proud of our students and teachers paying back to our community.

The 2019 Graduation Ceremony will take place tonight at 7:00 in the RAC (Gym). Doors will open at 6:00 in the Cafe Lobby for entrance.

The KES 5th graders studied an economics unit. They created a Market Place complete with money for students to purchase their items. 😃
Junior high students participated in a presentation about Rachel's Challenge yesterday, and selected students participated in a group training to begin a Friends of Rachel Club. The purpose of the club is to encourage acts of kindness among students and create more positivity throughout the school. Our students are motivated to start a chain reaction!💜

Please join us tonight in the Fine Arts Center at 6:30 for a community event to learn more about Rachel's Challenge. This is a program that focuses on creating a positive change in both individual students and school climates as a whole. Our junior high kids learned more about the program today and participated in group training, and the high school will be participating tomorrow. Sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be provided at the event tonight. We hope to see you there!
