Come see us Thursday night during conferences! We will be open until 7:30 p.m. We have great deals on many books. Reading just 20 minutes a day exposes your child to about 1.8 million words per year. Reading helps students develop a stronger vocabulary and higher grades in all academic subjects.

Our Lady Raiders fell today in 5 sets 18-25, 27-29, 25-22, 28-26, 15-12 to end the season. This Sr group and this team will go down as the best in school history. Congratulations on a great year girls!!!


Lady Raiders Volleyball beats Rose Bud 25-9, 25-18, 20-25, 25-21 to make it to the Semi Finals of the Conference Tournament. We will take on Harding Academy at CAC beginning at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. Go Lady Raiders!


Andrew Hill loses to the #1 seed and last years champion. Finishes in 5th place overall. Congratulations Andrew!

RJES First grade enjoyed exploring and learning at Arkansas Frontier this week. The Fairytale Forest was a big hit. Students also enjoyed pig races, mining, and learning about Native Americans. The pumpkin patch was full of learning fun this week!



October is Fire Prevention Month! We are so lucky to have the wonderful Judsonia Fire Dept come to our school each year and teach our students the important tips that may save their life if they are ever faced with a fire. Thank you to the Judsonia Fire Dept for everything you put into our Fire Safety Day and thank you to the Bald Knob Fire Dept for providing the Smokehouse!


RJES 4th grade enjoyed a day of hosting visitors.
After concluding their book study of Shiloh they had a visit from Sofie, a therapy dog.
Later in the day, they learned directly from the Capitol how to write a Bill. They practiced their newly learned skills but quickly got a "veto- with conditions."


Both Jr and Sr High bands getting together to play at the end of halftime at last nights game.



RJES PK learned how to be "Germ Busters" with the help of Nurse Kim Harr today! She taught the us the importance of washing our hands properly everyday to keep germs at bay!
